We hear and read a lot these days about culture, especially work culture. As leaders, we have a big responsibility in leading how we shape the culture we work in and provide for our teams and workmates. Even if you don’t manage a team, you still have the ability to shape the culture of your environment. How you interact and deal with people, how you manage yourself, and what you say when things go sideways and everyone want to blame others, all this influences your work culture. Being fair, treating everyone well, and always supporting each other – this creates a great work culture.
