If you read my posts regularly, you’ll know that I’m always pushing for leaders to keep learning, to grow. What we might forget at times is that it’s not just the knowing, it’s also in the doing that we truly grow. As you go through each day, learning more about how to lead and manage people, it’s critical that you apply what you’re learning immediately. Maybe you can’t apply everything you’ve just learned, but at least one or two areas of application will keep you growing. If you apply something new that you’ve learned every week, by the end of the year your leadership will have improved significantly.
