Why is good leadership so important? I believe good leadership has a significant impact on the success or failure of businesses, teams, projects, families, and governments. Without good leadership in those areas, and many others, it’s really difficult for success to be sustained in any environment, despite the presence of good people in the mix. Good leaders know that leadership is not a 9-5 job, it’s who you are, all the time, consistently – even if no one sees you.
