Successful. Now that’s a word we all like to hear used when someone is describing us. So how do we attain that description, what allows others to see us as successful? Is it wealth, position, or influence? All of those might sound like success, but they’re all temporary. Real, long-lasting success comes from having the right attitude, an attitude of always learning. Other characteristics are authenticity, integrity, and credibility. And we’d have to throw in resilience and flexibility to the mix. So what I see is not what people see on the outside, it’s who you are on the inside that make you successful.
