Many leaders are great at starting a project, but have challenges in finishing it. As a leader, if you want to enjoy true success, you will need to conquer the habit of finishing what you start. A leader that knows how to finish strong will always have more opportunities than they can handle. So although being able to finish a project or assignment is required for a leader, a leader never finishes developing as a leader, nor do they ever finish leading. Maybe you’re not formally leading a team anymore, however, in many situations you will find yourself leading because you know how to do so successfully.
