Not sure about you, however I too often find myself in trouble for “how” I communicate, and not so much for what I wanted to say. So I’m reminded that a large part of communications is non-verbal, it’s not the words we use, it’s our tone of voice, our facial expressions, our body language. So how do we align all of those to communicate well? We need to start with being honest in what we say, and being careful to not say anything if it doesn’t add value to the person or the situation. Growing in this area of life will bring you many rewards as you’ll avoid many conflicts caused by bad communications.
