Life is full of changes, they happen every day. Yet, for some reason, we tend to be afraid of changes. Perhaps because we either feel it’s out of our control, or we’re unsure of what the future looks like. Have you ever considered that many times a great outcome is hidden behind the changes, and we just can’t see it until we start working through the changes that scare us? Often what looks dark has a silver lining. Take, for example, a dark storm cloud. On the top of that cloud it’s all sunny, fluffy and beautiful – you just can’t see it. So it is with many changes we face.
