When is the last time you celebrated a win as a leader? Not necessarily a big win, even a small win. As leaders, facing challenges day in and day out, it’s important to remember to celebrate the success and wins we achieve, especially the small ones. Why? Big wins and achievements generally don’t happen that often or as frequently, so we can get discouraged between wins.
