• Generosity: Idea #4

‘Generosity is important. Generosity describes a person that “owns their money” instead of “their money owning them”’. (J.Maxwell) Generosity helps stabilize and secure our success financially. It’s better to be a river than a lake when it comes to being generous with our time and finances – that is – what we pass on is more important that what we hold on to. ‘There is more happiness in giving than in receiving’. (Luke) Give it a try, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

  • Personal Brand: Idea #3

Personal Brand – do you have one? How can you create one? This is a big topic, so let’s start with a small part – Your ‘Anthem’. Your Anthem is a short phrase, just 2-3 words, that describes who you are when you’re “at your very best”. This Anthem will allow you to introduce yourself in such a way as to create an unforgettable connection, and help others understand what you have to offer. This is also a new idea for me, so for now my Anthem is “Leadership Development Focused”. What’s YOUR Anthem?

  • Balance: Idea #2

Can you give more than 100% to any activity? NO, it’s impossible. So when you think about giving ALL your efforts, let’s also think about whether our efforts are going to the right place. We have multiple areas where we give our efforts – personal, professional, friends, family, etc. We need to balance our efforts properly to what’s most important in our life, and then give 100% to each area during the allocated time for that activity.
