    Does your day seem just too hard sometimes? Here’s an encouraging word: ‘You never know what’s around the corner. It could be everything. Or it could be nothing. You keep putting one foot in front of the other, and then one day you look back and you’ve climbed a mountain.’ (T.Hiddleston) Wouldn’t it be amazing to look back at your life journey a year from now, and realize the huge growth you’ve had by keeping on putting one foot in front of the other. You can do it, and together we can grow to be better people, and better leaders.

  • Integrity: Idea #392

    If you aspire to be a leader, whether at work or elsewhere, it’s so important to remember that ‘Leaders should be authentic and have integrity. A person with integrity lives a life where their actions match their words. Integrity allows leaders to sustain good years of leading other people.’ (J.Maxwell) This is relevant in what we say, what we do, and how we behave in situations large and small. It’s extremely difficult for me to trust anyone that doesn’t exemplify integrity in all areas of life. Please join me in committing to a life of integrity in all areas of life, especially those in which you influence others.

  • Intuition: Idea #391

    ‘All of us have intuition, but not all of us follow it. When you don’t follow your intuition, you may end up doubting yourself. To tap into your intuition, you must listen, not just noticing, but following what your senses are telling you. Because it is divine intelligence, and not always logical, intuition is easy to ignore. This is your invitation to be more intuitive … Listen to that feeling or gut instinct, it is worthy of your attention!’ (J.Maxwell) I know sometimes intuition is not considered as a solid point of reference, however I read articles about how science is recognizing this ability we have, so go ahead and use it.
