• Reliable: Idea #295

How reliable are you? It’s tempting to think it’s OK to not always be on time or show up. However, ‘People who are reliable and consistent always show up. They don’t require others to follow-up with them in order to get the work done. People can count on them in a team, especially when it counts. Be reliable today, and discover how you can help others.’ (J.Maxwell) Join me in committing to always show up, on time, and do what you say you’ll do. This demonstrates both personal and professional growth, and increases your value as an individual.

  • Risk: Idea #294

Who doesn’t prefer winning over failing? I know I do! However, the truth is that ‘Winners are not afraid of losing. But losers are. Failure is a part of the process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success.’ (R.T.Kiyosaki) I know I don’t want to avoid success, but am I willing to risk failure? It might look like my path to success is impossible, just remember that ‘Today’s accomplishments were yesterday’s impossibilities.’ (R.Schuller) Will you join me in taking the risk of failure to achieve success in life and personal growth?

  • Adversity: Idea #293

‘Life is not easy and is filled with adversity. When we accept that life is difficult, it becomes easier because we are able to embrace the uphill journey. The difference between a problem and a fact of life is that a problem can be solved…(discovering) how to handle our adversity, learn from it, and do something about it.’ (J.Maxwell) Sometimes our path (personal or professional) seems to be hit hard with adversity. Be confident in knowing that you can handle it well, that the problem CAN be solved, and that through this process you will grow as an individual. Join me in embracing adversity.
