We need to put in the work to build bridges between our generations, instead of walls.’ (J.Maxwell) I’m not sure how it is for you, however sometimes it feels like I can’t understand why others think (or don’t think) like I do. Many times I forget that I’m in the 4th or 5th generation with a bit more experience in my life, and I should be sharing that knowledge with other generations rather than criticizing them. What are you doing to build connections with those outside of your generation?
