Three things to think about if you want to be more trusting and show confidence in the people you lead are …1. Give others clarity: Without clarity there is cruelty. Be clear on what success looks like, and what the expectations are. 2. Show empowerment: What is the worst thing that can happen here, and can you live with it? Let others make mistakes they will learn from. 3. Always ask questions: Don’t give all the answers. You will be a better servant leader if you learn to trust and put confidence in the people you lead.’ (J.Maxwell) This is hard at times for me, but when I trust others it usually pays off.
