No person is an island, we always need others, both to help us, and for us to help them. WE is much stronger and more successful than ME. ‘A team is not a group of people who work together. A team is a group of people who trust each other.’ (S.Sinek) All of us need to work with others at some time or other. Perhaps it’s by choice, perhaps by design, or perhaps by our desire. In any case, without trust between people, there can be no synergy, the outcomes are not multiplied. If you have trust in the mix, the result is an explosion of outcomes bigger than the team.
