Change: Leadership Idea #4

If you’ve been in the workforce for any time at all you can see that change is constant. As a leader, you know that sometimes change is difficult, and many times people resist change because it takes them out of their comfort zones. What can you do as a leader to make it easier, and to help others accept the change with courage? First of all, make sure you’re onboard fully with the change, and then communicate regularly with others. Know what the benefits are, and make sure that this is presented front and center so there’s awareness of WIIFM (what’s in it for me).
