Most of us prefer to avoid situations in which we encounter a paradox. Yet this is something we see almost every day – differing opinions with facts behind all of them. How is that possible? One thing I’ve learned in my life journey is that we all have had different pathways through life, and that impacts our point of view. As a leader, I needed to learn to stop seeing things in a “either/or” perspective, and change that around to a “both/and” view. This takes effort, as we need to learn how to see things from another’s point of view. What will you try to look at differently today?
