Culture: Leadership Idea #7

What work culture do you enjoy the most? As a leader, what culture do you want to develop in your sphere of influence? My belief is that a good environment, or culture, comes when a leader is transparent, supportive, and communicates regularly and honestly. When you interact with others in a caring way, showing empathy ‘in action’, you will build relationships that are strong, and enable trust in each other that carries you through the difficult times. Is you environment today a great culture? What is the one thing you can do today to make it better?
