No leader likes to think about problems, yet we all face them at some time. Sometimes we can see them coming and can prepare, other times they pop up unexpectedly and then we have to quickly decide how to respond. You’ve probably heard this before, but with every problem there is an opportunity to deliver a successful solution, to win big. Not to mention that working through problems, as difficult as they are, help us develop our resilience and character, which is how we grow as leaders.
