Sometimes in life it’s really hard to trust that God has my best in mind, and that He will look after me. In my head I know this is true, but in the realism of each day this trust falters and sometimes disappears. I believe this is a time when God’s family need to be active in encouraging and praying for each other. And for me, this is when I need to review the stories of God’s faithfulness in His Word, and remind myself that He’s the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. And to be honest, when I think about what’s already happened in my life, I can see the truth that I really can trust God. (James 1:3-4)
