One area I’m passionate about is trust, as I believe without trust you cannot be a good, successful leader. I’ve previously posted about empathy and consistency, both of which add to your trust foundation. I’ve also shared some training sessions with some of my team members on how to avoid a dysfunctional team, and it all starts with trust. Why is trust so important and how do we grow it? What can destroy trust, and how can it be rebuilt? Is all trust the same? And who starts the trust relationship – because trust is a two-way street?
