Have you ever been faced by a dilemma? When you weren’t sure which direction to choose, or how to get out of a sticky situations? As a leader, how should we handle dilemas? One thing I can tell you, they don’t go away on their own. I find that it’s good to get some advice from people I trust, people with wisdom. I also need to understand the outcomes of whatever choice or decision I make, and be willing to accept any negative impacts even though I tried to do my best. Finally, I need to be confident in what I decide, and go firmly with my plan. Yes, it can be difficult, but that’s what leaders do.
