If you want to become a great leader, one character that needs developing is initiative. And no, that doesn’t mean you should go out and do whatever you want without thought of others, but it does mean you aren’t afraid to take a risk to achieve something big. It means you’re always on the lookout for processes to improve, and you’re keen to give it a try even before you are fully sure it’s going to work.
