Character: Leadership Idea #45

I was in a discussion recently where we talked about the character of a person, and how many times the focus is on what people do rather than on who they are. It’s much easier to see how people act, and you may feel more pressure to do all the right things while ignoring the development of who we are – our character. If we don’t grow and improve our character, sustaining the correct actions will be difficult if not impossible. If our character is aligned with our values, we will be strongly inclined to always act correctly, even if no one is watching or sees us. How does your character look?
