Confidence: Leadership Idea #50

I recently commented on personal confidence, now I want flip the conversation to confidence in others, especially our leaders. I’d suggest it starts with trust, and grows with time and experience. I would also recommend that we start with confidence rather that requiring multiple examples of how and when we can have confidence in our leaders. This all points to having a good relationship with our leaders, and enjoying candid conversations where all topics are open for discussion. I’d even go so far as to say if we don’t have confidence in our leaders, maybe we’re in the wrong company – who knows?
