Sometimes I find the topic of faith difficult. Just how does faith look, and how do I demonstrate that I have faith? Does having faith mean that I can always see things happen that I believe in? That doesn’t seem to be the reality for me. I guess what I’m starting to understand is that the beginning of faith is understanding that nothing I do can ever allow me to present myself as perfect and holy before God. As I accept that, then I learn to have confidence in the promises that are revealed in the Scriptures – and then I need to believe and obey. Sounds easy, but it takes a decision of the will to achieve. (Galatians 2:15-16)
