Do you know what gives you energy as you work? It’s when the work you’re doing is meaningful and you see the value in what you do. Let me clarify, meaningful work doesn’t have to be saving lives to be meaningful, as long as you see value, purpose, and enjoyment in what you accomplish, then you could say it’s meaningful. Often we see admin work as meaningless, however, we must remember that even admin tasks serve a purpose, they help our leaders keep track of costs, KPI’s, etc, so even though they’re not so meaningful personally, we can accept the meaningfulness for others.
