Understand: Growth Idea #683

I know I like to be understood, and I’m sure you do too. If you work on understanding others you’ll grow your reputation as someone people want to be around, and even follow. To understand someone takes time, you have to start with really listening to them, asking them questions, allowing them to ask you questions, being open to new ideas. As you partner with them, they begin to feel understood, and want to collaborate with you because “you get them” and don’t dismiss their ideas or viewpoints. Can we work together to understand each other better? I think so!
