What does it mean to be a connector, and of what value is it? I believe that if we want to be successful we have to be connectors, we need to build those relationships with others. So to be a connector means we take the first steps in connecting with others, we’re not waiting for them. It means that we listen to others before we begin talking about our ideas or thoughts – putting others first.
