Today I’m looking at another aspect of action – how well do our actions line up with our words? I’m sure we all recognize that it’s much easier to say something than to do something. However, if we really want to grow personally, we must make sure that our actions match our words. This alignment reflects on our integrity, which is foundational to success. Actions also separate the dreamers from the achievers, as mentioned in the previous post. But action does not mean starting a project with insufficient information or just reacting, a good action waits just long enough to have what is needed to make good decisions.
