Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you ever keep them? I think the reason so many fail is because we haven’t planned on being consistent with our plan. To create a new habit is hard, especially the first 3 weeks. If we can make it past the first 3 weeks of daily change then we’re well on the way. So for any change or development you want to see in yourself, you need to be hyper vigilant and self-disciplined for the first period until you’ve practiced the change at least 20 times. Is that a magic formula? Sorry, nope! However, it will put you on the right path to succeed.
