We may all have heard the verse that promises us that if we train our children well they will continue on the right path. I want to think a bit about what that actually looks like, and what does it mean to train our children? I believe God created the family as the foundation for good works in this world, as a person’s behavior and beliefs are shaped early in their life. That’s not to say a poor start condemns you to failure – NO WAY! However, as a parent it’s a big responsibility on my shoulders to set the example in how I live, what’s important, as that is the best guidance for our kids. (Prov 22:6)
