Have you ever needed to work with someone that wasn’t putting in much effort? That’s so frustrating, isn’t it? Why is effort so difficult sometimes? And what can we learn about effort? What we may not realize is that effort starts “behind the scene”, invisible, and only when you’re looking at the outputs can you see the invisible preparations that were practiced long before the effort became visible. Effort doesn’t happen on it’s own, it’s accompanied by attitude, how you react to challenges and opportunities. Effort can bring big rewards if we combine our effort with commitment. Without commitment and preparations, our effort will run out before we achieve our goals.
