What are you expecting from life today? A better day, or another difficult day? In my experience, many times we get what we expect, and I don’t like difficult days. I keep trying to practice the expectation of better things, believing that today will be better, next week will be better. It’s not just a dream if we’re also actively working towards that goal. And even many times when things initially look bad, we discover that this is an opportunity for something better than what we had. So today, practice expecting better things – from yourself, your colleagues, and from life.
