Are you a bold leader? Sometimes I tend to shy away from being too bold, as it seems a bit dangerous. People might not like what you have to say or how you act, however, without boldness it’s hard to achieve great results. If you know what you want to do, and are confident in your abilities, you need to be bold and go for it. Even if it doesn’t all work out perfectly, it’s worth trying.
