As I’m writing this I feel very frustrated with some of the processes I need to work with. And when I’m frustrated my patience level drops, which is not a good reaction. So how can we as leaders manage and handle frustrations, because they will come sooner or later. As I stop and take a deep breath, I remember that this is only temporary, it’s not my responsibility to change the process, and all that is expected of me is to do my best. When I remember that frustration might come from not being in control, and realize I don’t need to control everything, I can relax, and regain my patience with others. Don’t let frustration push you over the edge today.
