Resilience is built with three main ingredients: perspective, pivot, and purpose. When we have the ability to put things into perspective, we can properly assess a situation rather than living in discouragement. Reality remains the same, but our perspective is focused. We need the ability to pivot, so when we hit a wall we think of ways to scale it, knock it down, or find a way around it. This is because we know our purpose in all of this. If we don’t know our purpose, resilience will be difficult, so the first step is to discover your purpose. Join me in discovering your purpose so you can grow in resilience.
