Do you really want to grow as a person? Do you have ‘Ideas. What good is an idea if it remains an idea? Try. Experiment. Iterate. Fail. Try again. Change the world.’ (S.Sinek) Take time to think about that idea that you’re excited about, then give it a try. If it’s the right thing, you’ll know, because ‘Passion is a feeling that follows action. It tends to be created or discovered, not predicted or planned. You don’t find your passion. It finds you as you get in the mix and try things.’ (J.Clear) So join me in trying that exciting idea floating around in your head.

Become the person that makes the people around you better. How can you serve others today and become invaluable?’ (J.Maxwell) By ensuring you’re serving others, and helping those around you also grow and improve, you’ll be demonstrating your value and worth, and show that you’re becoming a team member worth keeping.
