How many of you look forward to exercise? Sometimes I do, however many times I don’t. ‘Self care takes effort. It doesn’t just happen. The body and mind need to be maintained. Similar to a garden, without effort, weeds will pop up and overtake everything. With a bit of consistent pruning, the results can be beautiful.’ (J.Clear) There’s lots of research that shows people are much more effective, have better success, and enjoy life much more if they take care of themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
