As a leader, I sometimes find some responsibilities of leadership hard and uncomfortable. But if you want to grow in your leadership, you’ll need to tackle the hard things and learn how to confidently, yet gently, lead in those areas. Areas like giving difficult feedback when a team member isn’t a good fit. Like changing direction when the current path isn’t leading to the achievements you know are possible. It’s not being afraid to tackle the challenges that accompany changes, because there will always be change. So, together, let’s go tackle the hard stuff today.
