Remember, ‘Just because improvements aren’t visible doesn’t mean they aren’t happening. You’re not going to see the number change each time you step on the scale. You’re not going to finish a chapter each time you sit down to write. Early wins come easy. Lasting wins require a lifestyle.’ (J.Clear) Don’t give up when you don’t see immediate big changes, keep making those consistent changes each day and you will realize your goal.

What would we do without friends? The world would be a lonely place without friends. Think about a time when you had a friend that encouraged you, that supported you in a difficult situation, that helped you make a difficult decision – how awesome are friends! In today’s fast-paced life, while many of us work in virtual environments, it’s all too easy to lose touch with our friends, to think we can survive without them. The reality? No we can’t – we all need friends, even when we may act as if we don’t. My challenge for all of us today is to celebrate our friends, say “thank you for being my friend”, even when we may not deserve it. Cheers my friend!
