    ‘People pay for quality and excellence. As leaders we should always be about exceeding expectations. Today, where are you delivering a lower quality than you can be proud of? Stop it, change it, and re-engage with it at a level where the quality attracts you more than it attracts others – when you know deep down you did better than your best.’ (J.Maxwell) This can be a difficult exercise, as none of us like to admit that sometimes we don’t deliver our best.     Sometimes we encounter roadblocks and detours along the way as we work towards growing and improving. Remember, ‘Don’t confuse your path with your destination. Just because it’s stormy now, doesn’t mean you aren’t headed for sunshine later. Don’t lose faith.’ (T.Shelton) Push through the challenges, know what you’re working towards, and don’t forget that ‘Every morning brings new potential, but if you dwell on the misfortunes of the day before, you tend to overlook tremendous opportunities.’ (H.Mackay) Are you looking at yesterday’s challenges, or today’s opportunities?

This can be difficult with all of life’s demands and distractions … But to accomplish things that truly matter, you have to be willing to dedicate yourself.
