• Charming: Idea #375

How do you make other people feel? ‘Charming people share encouraging words and give off a positive energy. They add value to the lives of others. In order to be charming, you must be intentional. What can you do today that will make people feel better about themselves?’ (J.Maxwell) Are you charming? Do you encourage others? Do you have a plan for this? I know from personal experience that giving others a kind word on a regular basis makes the day go better, and helps me grow and develop personally. Will you join me in adding value to others?

  • Know: Idea #374

Do you know yourself? Let’s start there with our growth and improvement plans. ‘If you don’t like who you are and where you are, don’t worry about it because you’re not stuck either with who you are or where you are. You can grow. You can change. You can be more than you are.’ (Z.Ziglar) You CAN change, you can grow, you can improve. ‘Virtually nothing is impossible in this world if you just put your mind to it and maintain a positive attitude.’ (L.Holtz) So, let’s have a look at ourselves, know we can change, and take steps to make that change together.

  • Unseen: Idea #373

Do you feel as insecure as I do at times? When I look around at the success of others, sometimes it’s easy to feel like a failure. ‘The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else’s highlight reel.’ (S.Furtick) That’s the problem, I can see all my own mistakes and none of other people’s. And in reality, what we “see” is often not as important as who we “are”. ‘The final forming of a person’s character lies in their own hands.’ (A.Frank) So let’s focus on our character as growth here means success later on.
