Integrity: Idea #350
A topic that is important to me, and is foundational to how I think and live – is integrity. As a leader I know that without integrity my attempts at leadership will eventually fail and crumble. The only way I can give true value to others is to manage my life well. ‘To give real service you must add something, which cannot be bought or measured with money. And that is Sincerity and Integrity.’ (D.A.Adams) When’s the last time you took time to review your life and your decisions along the way? Does sincerity and integrity shine out always? Without these ingredients personal growth is very difficult.

Sometimes we forget that the choices we make have a bigger impact than just that choice. ‘Life is filled with choices. As a chooser, you have the ability and opportunity to react positively to every crisis or dilemma in life. Constantly choose to be optimistic. It will change the way you think, feel, speak, act, and react. The choice is yours! Share the care and live to give! Do it every day and do it BIG!!’ (J.Hagewood) I’m choosing to make big, optimistic choices this year whenever challenges try to stare me down. I’m believing that this will help me to grow and develop as a person this year.
