    Are you more likely to “wait and see” or someone that “takes action now”? ‘When we are reactive the results are less likely to be positive, uplifting, or productive … But when we are proactive, we control our own life, making our own decisions, instead of allowing someone else (or an outside influence) to have control over us. Don’t wait for things to happen to you! Take action and live with intentionality, and you will experience positive results!’ (J.Maxwell) Are you still waiting? Let’s get moving, shall we? Growth and development only happens when we take charge.

  • Happiness: Idea #347

    Do you find it difficult to be happy? ‘If you can do what you do best and be happy, you are further along in life than most people.’ (L.DiCaprio) Think about that for a bit. ‘Not in doing what you like, but in liking what you do is the secret of happiness.’ (J.M.Barrie) There’s the second tip on happines. ‘Optimism is a happiness magnet. If you stay positive, good things and good people will be drawn to you.’ (M.L.Retton) OK, we now have a couple of tips on how to stay happy. Will you join me in promoting happiness this week? A happy person will find themselves developing as a person much more quickly.

  • Laughter: Idea #346

    Are you someone that laughs a lot? ‘I try to find a reason to laugh each day. Somehow, if you can incorporate laughter into your day, every day, it really helps. It’s the little things in life that make me happy.’ (F.Hill) ‘Laughter is like a superpower for your well-being. It makes us feel happy. Here are four more excellent benefits to consider: Stress Buster…Boost Immunity…Connects People…Improves Cardiovascular Health.’ (M.Blaszczyk) When things are tough, read or watch something funny – and laugh. As it has been said, “Laughter is the best medicine” So if you want to grow as a person this year you’ll need to embrace laughter.
