‘To achieve a goal you have never achieved before, you must start doing things you have never done before.’ (J.Stuart) Many initiatives or projects require significant behavioral change, something we don’t think about or plan for often enough. Behavioral changes are hard, especially when we think about changing ourselves. Having a good strategy isn’t enough, you need actionable steps to take to execute the change you want.
